Doug Sharkey has a new honky-tonk band and this July 4 party will be the debut performance! Each year the Parker Patton house on Charlotte street hosts a July 4 party that benefits the non-profit organization Consider Haiti. Its a great family friendly location with a large lawn for kids to play, great food from The Chop Shop, and great classic country music that is equally good for both listening and dancing.
